Breaking Barriers Disability Services is an NDIS Provider servicing all areas of Sydney, Central Coast and the Mid North Coast.  We pride ourselves on providing person centered supports to our Participants through Community Access, In Home Supports, Social Supports, Coordination of Supports, SIL and Community Nursing.  Our Programs are tailored to provide people living with disabilities and their families, services to help them live safely and comfortably at home while actively enjoying their local Community.
